Does your equipment adapt to all dogs?
Yes mostly! Our equipment is adjustable and offers a large margin depending on the size of your doggie. Don't try it on a Bear either, it won't pass!
What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 24 hours to process your order and then 3-4 days to deliver it to you.
Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?
Yes, you can track your order via our website on the “track my order” tab.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question by email or via our contact form on the site and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. .
